Daya4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing or using the daya4d platform through our website, mobile app, or any related services, you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please discontinue use of the daya4d platform immediately.

• These Terms govern all aspects of daya4d platform usage, including registration, gameplay, financial transactions, and communications.
• In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or offer, the promotion's terms shall apply solely to the matter in question.
• The official language of these Terms & Conditions is Bahasa Melayu. Any translations are provided for convenience only and carry no legal weight.

Daya4d is committed to ensuring that our platform is used only by eligible individuals in accordance with applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of the daya4d platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 18 years to register for and use the daya4d platform. daya4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account daya4d. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Daya4d employees, their immediate family members, as well as daya4d partners and agents are not permitted to register player accounts.

Your daya4d account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your daya4d account. Avoid reusing the same password from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an extra layer of security.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including daya4d staff. daya4d will never ask for your password.
• Notify daya4d immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Daya4d is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their login credentials.

Daya4d supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to make your deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• The overall minimum deposit is RM10. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and will be automatically returned.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days upon successful KYC verification.
• For security purposes and anti-money laundering compliance, all withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Daya4d reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes. Users will be notified within 24 hours if their withdrawal has been placed under review.
• Balances held in a daya4d account do not accrue interest. daya4d does not operate as a financial institution or bank.

All daya4d bonuses and promotions are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the specific terms of that promotion.

• Welcome bonus up to RM300 subject to rollover requirements 20x before a withdrawal can be approved. This requirement must be met within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The daily cashback bonus is calculated based on net losses within a 24-hour period and is automatically credited the following morning with no additional rollover requirements.
• Daya4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Daya4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to users.

All games on the daya4d platform — including Baccarat, Slot Games, Lottery, Roulette, Table Games, Live Casino, and Sports Betting odds — have individual rules available within the game interface. The following general rules apply to all games.

• All daya4d games use a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physically conducted gameplay under real-time supervision. Game results are final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. daya4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Any technical issues that arise during an active game session will be resolved based on daya4d's server log data. Server records are the definitive source of truth.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or display error may be voided and the stake returned to your account.
• For Match Odds, bets placed on sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL are subject to the specific rules of the respective sport, available on the Match Odds page.

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all users, daya4d prohibits the following conduct. Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, access your account, or collect data from the daya4d platform.
• Player collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games such as Poker or multiplayer table games.
• Money laundering — using daya4d as a channel to invest, conceal, or convert illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the system daya4d, including any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our software or servers.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process, including uploading falsified or tampered identity documents.
• Bonus abuse such as opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or using arbitrage betting strategies to generate risk-free profit from bonuses.

• Personal data you provide during registration and use of the platform is used solely for service operations, identity verification, transaction processing, and account-related communications.
• Daya4d does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate data, or request its deletion subject to our legal obligations.
• Daya4d uses 256-bit SSL encryption to secure all communications between your device and our servers.

Daya4d is committed to keeping your gaming experience a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment. We provide the following tools to help you play responsibly.

• Self-Imposed Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately once set.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a defined period to keep your spending in check.
• Session Time Limit: Set a session time limit and receive automatic reminders when you are approaching it.
• Temporary Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with a single click.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling has become a problem, you may apply for a long-term self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years) through our support team.

• You may close your daya4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Daya4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from a legal authority.
• Following account termination due to a breach, daya4d reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance and winnings obtained through activities that violate these Terms while an internal investigation is conducted.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10 until the balance reaches zero or activity is resumed.

• Daya4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform, including any loss of anticipated profits.
• Daya4d's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Daya4d does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via an in-platform notice at least 2 hours in advance.
• Game results recorded by daya4d's servers are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of technical issues on the user's end, such as a lost internet connection.

• Daya4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 7 days before taking effect via an in-platform notice or your registered email.
• Your continued use of the daya4d platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent Malaysian courts.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
